Job Responsibilities:

Office Operations & Facility Management

 Ensure high standards of facility upkeep at all offices and institutionalize a robust safety &
quality check process. To oversee and manage office property in line with set office guidelines
and procedures
 Ensure co-ordination with other team member for critical corporate level deliverables
 Identify, empanel, and manage vendor relationships for smooth day-to-day execution. Vendor
empanelment &management and record maintenance of all vendor contracts, agreements & SLAs
 Managing the complete process from planning stage, right through running the actual day and post
event evaluations including budgets, actual cost & variance reports
 Maintaining & Managing PPM Scheduled for all Critical Equipment
 Maintaining & Managing all Administration Assets & Movement

 To supervise guest/client itinerary development & management in collaboration with business


teams
 End-to-end front office management & supervision for all daily operations and visitor
management
 Supervision of handling visitor/guest/client’s management.
 Management & coordination with all third-party vendors for safety & cleanliness of the office
as per the contract & SLAs
 Ensure adherence & supervision of asset movement register.
 Office upkeep including housekeeping & Pantry .
 Inventory Management of All Office consumable
(Housekeeping/Pantry/Stationary/Consumable)
 Ensure timely submission of Vendor Billing in Accounts & Maintaining the MIS for Same
 Supporting People Ops Team & Other Department in celebration (Birthdays/Anniversary, etc)
 End to end responsibilities for all type of events & Gift (Company Level/Team Wise)
