Course Objectives:
Bring students closer to reality by developing their understanding of the professional prerequisites to practice of management in terms of required skills and attitude to
respond proactively to rapid discontinuous change in business environment.
Develop students the attributes of a consultant.
Develop not theoreticians but practitioners who are expected to sense the ongoing conflict between environmental change and internal desire of management for
stability.
Developing a responsible attitude towards ethical practices and Social responsibility towards the stakeholders
Pre-requisites:
Interest to learn concepts of consultancy and appreciate the importance of ethics in business

Ethical Issues in Management
Business ethics –concepts. Managing ethics in organization, Ethical dilemma of decision making. CSR- Conceptual
bases, Socially responsible leadership and CSR’ role in corporate governance.
Pedagogy for Course Delivery: The course will be taught using case studies and digital resources, with assigning individual project assignment and research
paper.
PSDA 1: Identifying the management related issues in organization and developing a consulting proposal for the same.
PSDA 2: Identification of various factors required for making a project In-House vs Out sourcing it.
PSDA3: Study of impact change management on the culture of the organization.
PSDA 4: Study ethical issues and practices in an organization.
