* Specialized in Brand Management for a property management company with 26 hote

* Analyzed internal processes and developed new procedures to achieve maximum op

* Provided Property Management System support to all properties as System Admini
strator for Remco NiteVision, electronic key systems (VingCard/Onity), and all o

velop the brands first complete, hosted front desk solution.

* Responsible for the pre-opening coordination of the companys first hotel, a 12
0-unit property located in Kansas City, MO.
* As Property Manager, I managed a team of 4 to 6 individuals and oversaw all as
pects of the property customer relations, front desk, marketing, maintenance, h
ousekeeping, and security including recruiting, training & development, and cou
nseling.
* Additional responsibilities included revenue management, P&L review, expense c
ontrol, management of property payroll, and managing relationships with key vend
ors and accounts.
