Ms. Daiber exudes confidence.


She was well prepared for her small group lesson and immediately engaged the students in the activity.
There was evidence of relationships being built with students, even in the short time Ms. Daiber has been with the class, enabling the
students to feel comfortable and safe learning with her.
The learning target was displayed and referenced and aligned with curriculum.
Students were asked to "prove" their answers and also asked why the incorrect answers were not correct. Ms. Daiber did a great job
having the students dig deeper into their thinking and understanding.
Work towards a system of note taking during instruction in order to document student areas of concern and areas of mastery. This
data can be used when planning for future lessons based on individual needs for growth.
