Architectural Works:
All lnternal Architectural works within floors GF, 1st, 2nd & 3rd of the building excluding staircases
area, elevators, external cladding and external architectural items.

The work includes but not limited to: Building works: Masonry Works including CMU and stone
cladding, Concrete Curbs and Pavers. Metals: Metal Deck for Floor, Architecturally Exposed structural
steel and Expansion joints cover assemblies. Wood casework: Cabinets. Thermal and Moisture
Protection: liquid waterproofing for wet areas, Thermal insulation at building soffit, spray applied fire
proofing material, sealants and caulking and Fire Stopping sealant. Door & Windows: Aluminum Doors
& Frames, Frameless glazed doors and lnternal Frameless glazed partition, Aluminum unitized system
with PVDF coating, Aluminum structural glazing. Finishes: Floor, Wall, Ceiling, Skirting, Gypsum wall
board, Cement Wall Board, Toilet and bath accessories, toilet partition and internal Signage.

Public Addressi nq Svstem:
Supply, installation of fully functional Public Address System for RCHQ Building within Floors GF, 1st,
2nd & 3d including Conduits, Junction Boxes, Pull Boxes, Identification Tags and related equipment in
Telecom Room as per contract drawings and the scope of work Under (PO# 8131-18-001).

Telecommunication:
(Data & Telephone System within Floors GF, 1st, 2nd & 3'd Telecommunication Raceways, cable tray,
cable trunking, junction boxes for data & telephone outlets, data outlets materials and related conduits
including under floor ducting and junction boxes.

Fire Detection and Alarm Svstem:

Fire detection and alarm system Work within Floors GF, 1st, 2nd & 3'd includes: materials, equipment,
accessories and all associated work necessary for complete fire alarm system consisting of FACP,
Smoke detectors, heat detectors, multi detectors, fire alarm break glass units, fire alarm strobe lights,
short circuit isolator modules, fire alarm modules, sound control modules, FA jack type telephone
outlets, door holders, PSUs, fire alarm cables, conduits, junction boxes, pull boxes etc.

Mechanical Works:
Fire Fiqhtinq Svstem:
Work includes but not limited to all Fire Suppression System within Floors GF, 1st, 2nd & 3'd from each
floor interface points through-out the system, comprising all piping network (painted black steel pipe),
sprinklers, firehose cabinets, identification tags, zone control valve assembly with drain facility, Testing
& Commissioning.

Work lncluding but not limited to Potable Fire Extinguishers installation.

HVAC Svstem:

Work includes but not limited to all HVAC System within Floors GF, 1st, 2nd & 3'd from each floor
interface points through-out the system, comprising AHUs, FCUs, VFDs, Air diffusers, Registers and
grills, Fire dampers, Fire smoke dampers, Motorized Dampers, Fire rated motorized dampers, sound
attenuators, VAVs, duct works, hangers, accessories, insulation and identification tags.

BMS (Buildinq Manaqement Svstem):

lnstallation of items within Floors GF, lst, 2nd & 3d which include: controllers, control devices,
sensors, DDCs, cables and related accessories.

Plumbinq Svstem:
Potable Water System:
Work includes but not limited to all Potable Water System within Floors GF, 1st, 2nd & 3'd from each
floor interface points through-out the system, comprising all piping network (Copper pipes), piping
specialties insulation, identification tags.

Sanitarv Sewer Svstem:

Work includes but not limited to all Sanitary Sewer System within Floors GF, 1st, 2nd & 3'd from each
floor interface points through-out the system, comprising all piping network (Cast lron Pipes) and
Drains installations, testing and commissioning.
