Ix, XL NOTIFICATION Subject: Instruetions for Offline Exai Students are required to report at the Exam Venue 15 minutes before the start of the Examinations and remain seated. Wearing of face mask is maidatory during examinations. A student, who reports late by more than 10 minutes of the scheduled exam start time, will not be permitted to write in the examination, All students must bring their Identity Card to the Exam Hall, and it should be kept on your desk during the entire examination. The students must bring their pens, pencils, rulers, calculators. They cannot borrow the same from other students during the examination. No Books/Notes will be allowed without explicit permission from the faculty concerned. ‘The students are required to comply with the directions given by the invigilators during examination. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the Exam Hall. If any candidate found in possession of Mobile phones, cellular phones, and other unauthorized electronic gadgets etc. in the Examination Hall after commencement of the examination whether in use or not he/she will be deemed to have used unfair- No student will be allowed to go to the washroom in the first 60 minutes of the examination. Further not ‘more than one student will be allowed to go to the washroom at a time. ‘A student must submit the answer sheet personally to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall Persons found to be violating the above rules will be subject to disciplinary action, For any kind of indiscipline in the examination hall, the invigilators will report in a prescribed FORM where the student is supposed to put his/her signature.
