Thirty years experience in residential and commercial construction. Extensive pr
operty management experience. Thorough knowledge of all phases of site developme
nt; designing, planning and estimating experience. Successfully completed more t
han 150 single-family homes and 13 multi-family projects also numerous remodelin
g and light commercial projects. Currently licensed as a general contractor in t
he states of Michigan, Ohio, North and South Carolina, and the city of Toledo an
