Guardian administrators

can improve data privacy by


managing their fleet of users.

Guardian Administrators can effectively change user visibility settings


to improve system management.

Set user accounts to view systems with active Guardian subscription or restrict the visibility for specific locations.
Adjust the user settings by following these simple steps:

1. Access the User Admin tab in Guardian.

2. Edit the User Permissions by clicking of each user.

Note: Enterprise Wide – User will gain access to all systems under their respective enterprise.
My Locations – Access will be limited to systems under specific site locations.
My Systems – Access will be limited to systems where the user is a named system contact.
