2. PROGRAMME OUTCOMES

Upon successful completion of bachelor of digital business in digital business, the


student should have met the following Student Learning Outcomes:
(i) Demonstrate their academic and technological excellence professionally and globally,
particularly in areas related to digital business and contribute innovatively to the nation’s
wealth creation.
(ii) Design and develop digital business products using artificial intelligence and data mining
techniques, skills for contemporary business environments by employing appropriate

3. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

Academic Uinequeness
Students are provided by the curriculum tracks that focus on comprehensively building
students’s academic knowledge, practical skills and professional values. In the first
year of study, moreover, every student at UICI should master the basic fundamental of
digital culture competences, such as graphic design, developing website, and creating
digital animation as well as video 2D and 3D.

Practical Orientation
Digital Business program enhances professional training by providing unique
opportunities of internship, digital business incubator, guest lectures, and mentorship
of being entrepreneurs.

Strong Administration
The program provides comprehensive services for students studying at UICI.

4. BODY OF KNOWLEDGE

4.1 TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES

Digital technologies have become well-known as an important determinant of


economic growth, national security, and international competitiveness. The digital
economy has a profound influence on the trajectory of the world and the well-
being of ordinary citizens. This affects everything from resource allocation to
income distribution and growth. Therefore, professional, innovative, creative and
entrepreneurial human resources are needed

Universitas Insan Cita Indonesia has opened a digital business department in


which the curriculum is designed to prepare students to have essential knowledge
and skills for being professional practitioner in digital business and pursuing a
higher degree. The curriculum contains thirty two point six percent (32,6 %) of
General Courses, nine point one percent (9,1%) of Basic Skills Courses, fourty
seven point nine percent (47,9 %) of Compulsory Core Courses, four point fifteen
percent (4.15 %) of Elective Courses and six point twenty five percent (6,25%) of
Special Basic Subjects as shown in Table 1.

The curriculum in Compulsory Core Courses as shown in Figure.1 pays more


attention on Digital Business Development (46.15 %), Business Agility (15,38 %),
Digital Finance and Fintech (15,38 %), and Digital Marketing and Analytics

4.2 CLASSIFICATION OF COURSES

4.2.1General Course
General Courses consists of 47 credits in the curriculum that is expected to shape the
personality and attitudes of students to enter social life. The general courses are as follows:

the formation of expertise, both for the benefit of the profession as well as materials for the
