‘The ATC Data System is a supporting system to conduct smooth ATC services. It manages the safety of the aviation and the
regularity ofthe aircraft service. (The IECS isn't to the ATC Data System. But i's described here because i's connecting with ATC
Data Processing System closely.)

‘The FDMS-FDPS is set up in ATMC (Air Tra: Management Center in
Fukuoka) . It manages and processes the FPL (te Fight Plan Information
Processing and Distibution Equipment) at ACC (Area Control Center in
‘Sapper, Tokyo, Fukuoka and Naha) . I provides the Flight data sips to
the ACC contoler and the FPL to other ATC Data Processing System via
FPOE,

ARTS. It processes the radar data fom ASR. and has the functions less

with registered airspace users va internet, the formation is dstibuted to
relevant stakeholders
