Time-off reward is the type of reward given to an employee to have time off duty. The employee will
have a time-off duty, but he will still receive pay, and the off-duty is not deducted or credited to leave
credits. The organization can use this type of award after an exemplary accomplishment of an
employee. For example, when an employee has successfully closed a deal.

Feature Top Employees


This kind of reward usually takes place monthly, quarterly, or yearly. When the company features in
its blogs, websites, and newsletters the employees who have done an exceptional job in the
organization, you use this kind of reward when you can see that the organization needs some extra
motivation and drive.

Give Small Gifts


The company expresses appreciation through small gifts like a cup of coffee, a thank you note, or
food. The company can use this kind of reward when an employee has done a great job, like
accomplishing a report on time.

Bonuses
The company gives bonuses to its employees for the hard work they've shown to the organization.
The company can use this reward after an employee has made a referral.

Team Dinner or Get-Together


The company organizes a dinner or get-together with the whole employees of the company. It can
also happen between and among the teams or departments within the organization. The company
can use this type of reward system when it is summertime or the holidays.
