We would like to request to your good office for the testing of drainage pipes inside the pipe
chase before we close the ceiling at 5th floor tower 2 and tower 3. We are not allowing to have the
same leakage we encounter at 5th floor tower 1, because if this things happen again all consequences
will be at your office. We would also like to participate in the inspection together with CM.

Another thing, we would like to formally request the testing of water supply at tower 2
starting March 6, 2022 now that we are preparing for the finish painting on the said area.
