It is essential for us to be prepared always, preparedness and readiness go hand in hand as organizations
and community prepare for disaster. The discipline of emergency management preparedness is a big
help for us especially if we have the knowledge or idea, we would able to respond and recover on every
emergency event. In the slides the first step to do is always to have plan on what we are going to do in
case of emergency, to have a proper equipments , trainings, and knowledge also discipline is needed.
