(Now Can’t start the machine)

1. Loosen 8 screws, Take out 4 set fixtures,

2. Loosen the screws, Try to Remove this device.

3. Twist loose No. 1,2 Screws, take out No. 3,4 Screws,
4. Then, take out metal disc(In the blue circle)
5. After removing the metal disc, Clean and sand the dirt inside the bearing, Apply
lubricating paste, lubricating oil
Reassemble after cleaning,

After assembly:

1. Adjust the zero position of the machine

2. Adjust the spray position of the water pump

1. Loosen and remove the screws, remove the water pump.

2. Jog the machine shrimp needle to this position.

3. Rotate the water pump, when the Max amount of water is sprayed, install it back on the
machine.

Screws must be tightened

After all adjustments are completed
1. Spot welding to fix this bearing to avoid sending collision
again
