A-Employees are most likely to join a union when they believed their
employer is being unfair, unresponsive or providing terrible working
conditions. That's why they engage to labor union In order to ensure Their fair
wages, benefits and working conditions.

B -In employees side, the purpose of labor union is to give workers the power
to negotiate for more favorable working conditions and other benefits
through collective bargaining.
-Employer are prohibited from interfering with retaining. Employees in
exercising their rights to organize, form,joiner assist a labor organization for
collective bargaining purposes or from cooperating to improve terms and
conditions of employment.

- The role of DOLE in the process of organizing a labor union is to resolve


workplace issues by acting spokesperson for employees and as a negotiating
representative during collective bargaining.
