Taking care of Physical Self

1. What habits of you contribute to a healthy living?

Answer: Eating Healthy, Food balance and diet, sleeping well and managing stress.

2. Are there things that you consider unhealthy, but you cannot stop yourself from doing? Give some
examples:

Answer: Not Sleeping at the right time, because being a ml/mobile legend player, can’t really make
me stay awake because that’s all my fun or consolation now that there’s a pandemic.

3. What do you plan to do to become a physical fit?

Answer: my plan to become a physical fit is reduce waking up, jogging every 4:00 am in the
morning and eat healthy foods and avoid soft drinks and junk foods.

Activity 4. Prepare an ideal balanced diet for you breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Egg, Milk, Hotdog, half rice, Vegetables, fruits, grains Fired fish and vegies.
