EXAM PROCESSING SOFTWARE

In any educational institution, examinations are the medium of evaluation of performances. Also
it is the quality and efficiency of examinations that determine the institution’s credibility.
In order to manage and organize these examinations effectively, the Exam Process Management
Module has been created. A centralized module with comprehensive databank of questions
coupled with a simple interface to track individual performances is created.
It basically covers the management and organization from the beginning to the end.

A brief description of the cycle has been given below:

The processing cycle of EPS

1. Registration :
 Entry of Registration Forms with subjects for the first exam (Entry can be by
scanning and ICR or Manual)
 Edit lists of forms with invalid flags, if any
 Generation Registration Numbers
 Printing of Registration Cards

2. Pre-Examination Work :
 Opening of exam schedule
 Generation of Exam Forms. (*)
 Marking of exam forms as Appearing / not Appearing.
 Edit lists and corrections
 Entry of Time Table of Exams
 Entry of allocation of students by exam center
 Assigning of Roll No & Center

3. Pre-Exam Reports :
 Subject wise count (for printing of Question Papers)
 College wise Roll List
 Admission Cards (With Photo & Signature)
 Center wise Roll List
 Inputs Marks from Mark List
 Edit list for Marks and other Inputs
 Correction in Marks & Other Inputs
 Correction to Name / Address etc.
