Topic cikgu murni: kaunselor zaman sekarang

based on the video of a cikgu murni who is a modern day counselor, it is not easy because as
a counselor teacher, there are many hearts that need to be taken care of like teachers and
administrators. this is because, other teachers do not understand with a career as a counselor
teacher. there are also some other teachers, assuming that the counselor teacher does not do
the work for example, the pure teacher tells the counseling teacher is blamed because many
students fail the history subject. for not motivating students.

in the meantime, what I understand through this counseling video, counseling teachers cannot
get support from administrators to organize motivational talks for students. due to not having
time to do motivational talks. especially for spm students.

previously, counseling teachers often replaced teachers who could not enter the classroom
and counseling teachers played a role to replace teachers who could not enter the classroom,
then teachers will take this opportunity to give some motivation to students. but now teachers
have their own role in counseling because the job of counseling teachers must be done full
time.
