In release 12.2.9 , a new parameter for Cycle Count Workflow Approval enabling has added to
Inventory Organization Parameters.

 Cycle Count Setup

1. Create ABC analysis for your Cycle count

Navigate >Inventory >ABC Codes > ABC Classes

2. Create Cycle Count

Navigate > Inventory > Cycle Count

2. Schedule a Cycle Count request and generate Cycle Count entry by running ‘Generate Cycle
Count Requests’ from Tools menu of cycle count CCER

3. Enter the count on the cycle count entry and save. Make sure the difference in the system
quantity and count quantity is more than 2%.

Upon saving, it generates a notification and sends it to the approver as per the approver group
that is setup in AME approval setup.

In Case of Approval

Approval notification is sent to the approver.

Login as approver into the application to view the approval notification.
View the highlighted record as shown below.

Click Approve to approve the cycle count

After approval

Workflow

The AME workflow status view action for the CC entry will be shown from the actions list as below:

The other actions like Set All to Approved/Rejected/Recount will be disabled based on the AME
Workflow parameter enabled.
The workflow status view action will launch a Workflow Status page as below

We now see , OK and Reassign options

Choose Reassign

You can now choose another user to whom cycle count approval may be sent.
