Important note for successful booking of COVID-19 vaccine:
On the day of vaccination, you and your carer who will receive vaccination together
should
bring the following documents: (i) original identification documents ; (ii)
priority group document proof (if applicable); and (iii) proof of successful
booking of the booking system.
If you are under 18 years old, please download and complete the consent for
vaccination by parent/ guardian and bring it along to the vaccination centres.
Wear clothes that the upper arm can be exposed easily for vaccination.
Please be aware of the following situations:
if you are feeling unwell on the vaccination day, such as having fever or cough,
please do not visit the community vaccination centre or clinic and seek medical
attention promptly.
if you are in doubt on the suitability for vaccination due to your background
medical illnesses, please discuss with your doctor.
If you have chronic illnesses, please consult your doctor for suitability of
vaccination in advance before appointment date.
if you want to know more about the suitability, efficacy, side effects and the
potential adverse reactions following vaccination, please visit the website at
www.covidvaccine.gov.hk.
Citizen who want to receive the COVID-19 vaccine should receive two doses of the
same vaccine. The 2nd dose of vaccine should be given 21 days after the 1st dose
to ensure the adequate protection from the infection.
If you have agreed to join eHealth when you made this appointment booking, please
express your will to the clinical staff when you receive vaccination.
Citizens going to the vaccination centres should also comply with the visitor
infection prevention measures of the individual venue.
The final arrangement of vaccination will be arranged by the staff of the community
vaccination centre or clinic based on the programme arrangement and the actual
situation.
