Industrial visit to Raymond’s plant Vapti Gujrat arranged by my institute Pramod Ram Ujagar Tiwari
Saket Institute of Management on Saturday 09-04-2022. I will cooperate with all my mates and will
follow all the in instructions given by the faculty member. In case of any act of indiscipline or
misbehaviour by me I shall owe responsibility and shall abide by the action / decision taken by the
faculty membe.

I will carry mask, vaccination certificate, sanitizer, Adhar card with me. I will take all precautions as
required and I have informed my family members about the trip and they have allowed me for this
visit. In case I am not able to reach the institute in given time I will miss the opportunity to visit or
will reach the venue directly.
