Answer:
School Strategic Management for me is on how you improve basic
education curriculum with the variety of practices perform by the School Principals,
Teachers, Students, Stakeholders, Supervisors, Advisors, and Support Staff.
It involves the formulation and implementation of major goals and
initiatives. It based on the consideration of resources and assessment of the external and
internal in invironment in which individual competes.

It provides overall direction to the organization and involves; specifying the

organizations objectives, developing policies, plan designs to achieved objectives and
allocating resources to implement pans.

2.2 What Interesting Problems You Have Noticed in your place of work?

Answer:

As I observed when I was hired being a substitute teacher in Banbanan

Elementary School that there many problems that I had encountered in my workplace
such as the lack of teaching aids, lack of budget even though there is a budget of School
Maintainance and Other Operating Expenses(MOOE), lack of School Suplies for the
learner's and lack of Technologies that learner's are able to study in advance the uses of
technology in the Modern World.

Some of the Interesting Problems that I had encountered are financial Stress
that everyone needs money to create more beautiful learning areas but with don't have
any and lastly is the relationship between your co-teachers in school, some of the teachers
are not so closed with each other that's why they do not work harmoniously in school
they do not work in unity thats why there are some cases that possibly happen that leads
into misunderstanding.

education) as possible

Answer:
Our Thesis topic when we present during our research in college is all
about The uses of Luffa Cylindrica Egyptica in our daily Life. Luffa Egyptiaca is the
scientific name of Sponge Gourd.

The fibers can be boiled in water, which is then used as medicine. Luffa is
taken by mouth for treating and preventing colds. It is also used for nasal swelling and
sinus problems. Some people use it for arthritis pain, muscle pain.
