That the seniority of the officials on joining the new unit will be fixed in accordance with the provisions under Rule-38 of P&T Manual Volume-IV as amended from time to time. 3. That the officials will not claim repatriation to their parent unit before completion of three years of service in the unit to which transfer is presently sought. 4. That the pay of the officials on transfer will be fixed under normal Rules of fixation. That the officials will forego all claims for confirmation in the parent unit. 6. That the officials should not be relieved, if any disciplinary /vigilance cases are pending /contemplated and a report to be sent to this office immediately.
