Base on the table above I observe the difference between my pre test and Post test.During
my pre-test PFT ,I observe that the record of my distance,reps are lower than the post
test.My post test PFT shows that I have improvement on doing the exercises, I manage to
improve my exercises distance, reps and time.I can say that I improve my strength in doing
exercise .It made me strong to do more exercises that can help my body healthy.
