    Introduction

    The course aims at


    • Introducing the students to dynamics of society and importance of ethics in formation of an
    ideal society
    • Helping students identify and understand the ethical issues which are due to lack of moral
    values, and its impact on the social fabric of the society
    • Helping students take up a structured approach to identify issue, analyse the causes and
    suggest possible or appropriate solutions.

    Approach:
    1. Choose a situation (case study) from business, politics, entertainment, sports where a leader
    faced ethical dilemma.
    2. Choose a situation (case study) from business, politics, entertainment or sports involving
    violations of moral values by an individual.
