A perfect combination

In these times, many people work hard and they don´t have an adequate rythm of
life. Daily exercise is goof for our mental health and more if we have had a hard
day.

There are many people who spend hours sitting in a chair in the office or also
studying without stop. I think that stop 5-10 minutes every 1h of study or work for
our mind release.

Getting a Good sleep is Good for our modo because for example If we do not sleep
at least 8 hours we won´t have a Good day. Sleep is also Good for our mental
health.

Daily exercise isa vital component of our life. That could improve our physican and
mental health. Some benefits of to do daily exercise is improve our heart or also
our respiratory system.

To sum up, it is good to have a properly rhythm of life and a balanced diet. And we
Will try to do exercise for haven´t got health problems.
