Subject- Regarding NLU-O (Viraj) sports fest expenses.

Dear Faculty,
It is humbly submitted before the appropriate authority, that 46 participants (including
faculty) are going to the fest of Viraj chosen for Semester VIII. A list of them is as follows:-

46 participants’ registration cost for the fest would be 46 * 3500=₹ 1,61,000.

Train reservation total cost from Jabalpur to Cuttack would be 46*2100 = ₹ 96,600.
Train reservation total cost from Cuttack to Jabalpur would be 46*2100 = ₹ 96,600.
Thus total cost be approximately= ₹ 3,54,200

It has to be noted that the registration fee is ₹ 3500/ person. Furthermore, the Train
reservation cost would be around ₹ 2100/person. It is also humbly submitted, that University
may provide any other allowance that it deems fit for the welfare of the students.
