Note (1): The paints used in this container do not contain mercury compounds, lead-based pigments, heavy metals, neither lead driers.

PRODUCT TO BE PACKED (According to the Client)::

1.- Cocoa products
To avoid damage to the container due to the process and/or content, the client must carry out homologation tests, following the guidelines of the ISO 9001 - 2015
standard, numeral 8.3 "Design and development of products and service" or another applicable standard. In case of not following this guideline, Swissoil del Ecuador S.A.
is not responsible for damage to the container and its content.

MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDATIONS:
Any changes in processes and/or new product development where a metal container is required, must be previously validated by means os a suitable homologation.
For food products, do not use this metal container for DIRECT CONTACT, The contents must be placed in a food grade bag or sleeve before introducing it to the
container. The metal container is designed as secundary packaging, DO NOT USE AS PRIMARY PACKAGING.
The drum is a disposable container for the storage and transport of the product that contains.
Avoid bumps and frictions to prevent the container from suffering corrosion.
The epoxy paint used only allows casual contact with food.
Swissoil del Ecuador S.A. is not responsible for damage to the metal container nor in the content in case of not following these instructions.
CAUTION: Handling of the drum will produce scratches on the lower or upper edges.

MANIPULATION AND STORAGE:

Place the container vertically with the lid upward. Place up to 3 levels when storaged manually (Empty
drum). 1

Keep the cover in place during storage to avoid contaminating the interior

Stow on pallets with dimentions not less than 1,20 x 1,20 m, the container must not protrude from the
pallet (The pallet must not have separated , damaged or incomplete staves).

Store up to 4 levels of height (full drum), avoid frictions bumps and falls while handling
Avoid storgae outdoors. Protect from the sun, rain, saline enviroments and humidity to prevent
corrosion. Avoid contamination with dust. Maintain adequate ventilation, separate it from chemicals
that may affect the integrity of the container.
Performing humidity control is necesary if the container is exposed to low temperatures.
Transport the full drum on pallets, never directly on the forklift forks, avoiding friction and bumps
during handling
It is recommended to use the container within 90 days after receiving it, fullfilling the recommendations
for storage and conditions of usage indicated in this technical sheet.
