they can practice managing their emotions whenever they feel like it
would help them let out their feelings.
Evidence #12
I planned to teach my students about energy and motion using a ramp and
marbles. This objective was achieved when students investigated these
materials and concluded why the height of the ramp affects the energy of
the marble as it goes down.

These are images of vocabulary cards that I routinely use with my English
Language Learners. I am a directive leader because I facilitate small
group meetings ensuring that students are mastering the ability to
identify and define important academic vocabulary.
This is an email that outlines a behavior management plan for one of my
students. I am a supportive leader because I want the best for my
student in order for him to get along with his peers.

This is a snippet of an email my sister’s preschool teacher sent to my
stepmom. We are facing a chaotic situation because we never thought

We have entered a time to come up with a bold solution.

leaders. I used my critical thinking skills as a leader to stick to the facts,
use reliable resources, and stay away from fallacies.

Evidence #108
These are pictures of my massive teacher bag because I have tumbled
down the hole of disorganization. I feel as if I am facing a midlife crisis as
I approach graduation and have to make a plan for my life (this bag
represents my brain right now).

have visible access to this everyday as a reminder of what the proper
active listening position should look like.

Evidence #114
This is a picture of the feedback I received from my university supervisor
after I taught a small group reading lesson. She touched on what I did
well, what I could improve on, and then ended with some direct links I
can access to improve my practice for next time.
