The MST (Mentor School Teacher) and the MCT (Mentor College Teacher) will use this form to formally observe
the trainee’s performance and to give formative feedback based on the selected teaching competencies.
Professional Dispositions

Shamma accepts all responsibility under the mentoring teacher’s supervision, and she demonstrates awareness of school-
community connections.
Collaborates effectively and appropriately with students, teachers, administrations, and other school staff.

Shamma plans appropriate teaching methods or tools that align with planned learning objectives.
She selects materials appropriate for diverse student populations (high, middle, and low level)

Shamma uses appropriate strategies to redirect off-task behaviour, she is using behaviour chart to control student’s
behaviour.
Implementing Learning

Shamma used to give well instructions for the students for the activity before they start it, to make sure that all the
students understand how they must do it and to finish it in the right way.
Assessing Learning
Strengths:
Gives examples of observed behaviour that illustrate existing success criteria.
Strengths:
Shamma was able to reflect on her own practice for improvements in different areas for the next lesson.

Try to make sure that all the students are involved in the open activity.
