Dear Mr Akram,

Unsatisfactory and contaminated food order

I am writing to complain about the unsatisfactory and contaminated food that we


received this morning.

2. We received the food order this morning at 8 am. We began the food bank
programme as soon as the food arrived at 8.15 am. The food that we received this
morning for the food bank programme is not as we expected. We received so many
complaints about the food that we ordered from your restaurant. The quality of the
meals we ordered was unsatisfactory. Some of the food is contaminated. This is not the
quality of food that one would expect from a restaurant of your level and reputation. We
are disappointed with your service.

3. I trust that this is not the type of letter that you wish to receive from your customers. I
trust that you are going to deal with this complaint in a strict manner while taking all the
necessary measures to make sure that such incidents do not happen again.
