Soccer Lesson grades 6-8

Psychomotor Lesson Objective: TSWBAT complete a soccer pass and receive a pass with both feet.

Cognitive Lesson Objective: TSWBAT understand and recite the rules and cues during the lesson’s closure.

Teacher Objectives: To get everyone engaged with the activities. To make sure everyone learns the cues on how to pass and receive the ball. Speak
loud and clear with confidence.

Equipment Needs: 4 goals, 6 soccer balls, 1 giant soccer ball, 15-20 cones

Safety (specific for this lesson): The students will be spread out into groups on the soccer field. This should reduce the chances of a collision or
someone accidentally getting hit with a ball.
