TERIYAKI

For this dish we will need the following ingredients:

1 chicken breast
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 carrot
3 scallions
Two hundred milliliters teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil

These are all the ingredients for the dish

● The first step is to cut the chicken into strips and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15
minutes. After that, take out all the other ingredients and cut them into long strips.

● After 15 minutes, add the Soya sauce to the chicken and then heat the oil in a frying
pan with the carrots and peppers.

● When the vegetables are well cooked add the chicken and leave it in the pan until it
is well cooked.

● Then add the scallions and the teriyaki sauce, mix everything well and let it rest for 3
minutes.

● And that's it, this is how this delicious Japanese dish is prepared.

Omurice: omu-raisé

These are all the ingredients for the dish:

1 cup Steamed rice


A quarter onion
50 grams Chicken
3 tablespoon ketchup
A quarter bouillon cube
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Milk
2 tablespoons Butter
To taste Salt and Black pepper
● The first step is to boil the rice, then cut the chicken and onion into pieces.

● Place a tablespoon of butter in a pan over high heat. When the butter is melted,
lower the heat and add the onion. Sauté over low heat until the onion starts to
become transparent. (4-5 minutes).

● Then add the chicken and sauté over medium heat until the chicken is cooked
through (2-3 minutes), Add the rice and sauté over medium heat.

● After that, add 3 tablespoons of the ketchup, the bouillon, and salt and black pepper
to taste. Mix quickly. (30 seconds) Serve on a plate in the shape of a dome with a
cup.

● To prepare the omelette , In a bowl, mix the eggs, mayonnaise and milk. Heat a
frying pan on high heat. Then, add the butter and spread it all over the bottom of the
pan.

● Then, lower the heat to medium and add the egg mixture. Wait for 5 seconds without
touching the egg. Mix in the egg for 10 seconds like scrambled eggs.

● Then, let the egg cook a little longer. Ideally, the egg should be left a little raw so that
it is soft, but it can be cooked completely or to taste. Using a spatula, carefully
remove the egg from the pan,

● And the last step, serve it over the rice by sliding it out of the pan.
Garnish with ketchup and it's READY!
