Where would I like to go on my next vacation and why?
The last time I went on vacation to tourist places, I went to the north of the country,
visiting the states of Coahuila, Chihuahua and Durango. It was a long and eventful trip,
but something I always enjoy wherever I go is knowing the history that was forged in
each state, for example in Chihuahua, visiting the Mennonites and their traditions or in
Durango, listening to the stories and places where Francisco Villa was, the centaur of
the north. So if it were to go out again it would be to states in the center of the country
like Guanajuato or Jalisco, also in the south like Oaxaca. Both Guanajuato and Jalisco
would be places that I would like to know for their history and ancient architecture.
In Guanajuato I would start with the classic, the alhondiga, the independence movement
has always been one of the topics that has seemed most interesting to me in our
history, and that is also why I would visit the monument to the pipila, a man who with the
weight of a rock on his back was able to raise a victory against the enemy. Later I would
visit museums like the mummies museum, the Diego Rivera museum, and the
contemporary art museum. Art has also always been an inspiration for me, and I think
that because of its international recognition it has been for everyone. Moving on to
architecture, I would visit the churches and convents converted into museums. Religion
is also a strong point in our nation, such as Catholicism and Christianity today. And last
but the best, the legends. The main one would be the alley of the kiss, as well as other
horror legends that haunt the city, which makes it mythical and I like it
In Guadalajara, Jalisco it would be something similar, museums, churches and above
all its art university where a very close friend of mine is studying, I think that from there I
would take him as a guide so that he could recommend me where to go.
