Medicare CPL (Diabetic Campaign)

Campaign Overview:
In this campaign, Agents need to generate the Leads. Only 4 to 5 consents are required to
capture. Consent that is to be captured are as mentioned below:
1. Customer must be checking his/her Blood Sugar at least once in a day.
2. Must have MEDICARE
3. Must be interested in Supplier Change.
4. TCPA Compliance must be Yes.

Requirements:
 Team must be aware about the VICIDIALER
 Experienced Agents are required.
 40Mbps & above Internet Speed.
 Systems with I-Generation Process & Minimum 2 GB RAM.

Tools Provided:
 DDV provided on Monthly Rent of $130 for 5 Login (To be Paid at the time of SLA)

Payout Commission
 Cost Per Lead: $1
 Up to 5000 Leads: $1
 5001-10000 Leads: $1.5
 10001 & Above Leads : $2
 Payout: Net 7
 Payday: Every Wednesday
*Above mentioned lead count is to be achieved on monthly basis for the commission.
