Teen Court is a program offered to juvenile offenders who admit to their involvement in the
offense and agree to have their case heard before a peer jury of Teen Court student volunteers in
a court setting supervised by a judge.

evidentiary procedures, and proper questioning tactics
● Participated in deliberations regarding the appropriate disposition (e.g., mandatory
community service hours, educational programs, writing essays or apology letters)

● Eagle Scout: Earned the highest achievement in the Boy Scouts program, completed an
Eagle Scout service project which consisted of creating a habitat for the endangered
monarch butterfly on the grounds of a local church

cooking meals, leading and organizing a school supplies drive, and facilitating activities
for the families residing at a local family shelter
● Assistant in Group Service Projects: Refurbished a parking lot and basketball court,
cleaned a stream and cleared brush on the grounds of the Bethesda Navy Hospital to
establish a healing garden for wounded service members, renovated a picnic structure on
Sugarloaf Mountain
