To Whom it May Concern,

I met Nayza McDaniel during my time with the after-school program at El Capitan High School, I
immediately noticed a passion and strong work ethic from her that I knew I wanted to see more
of. I encouraged her to audition for the ECHS color guard and throughout the past 4 years I
have had the opportunity to watch Nayza excel in our team and her academic classes.

Nayza has proved to be a strong team leader and outstanding performer. She is always ready to
get any job presented to her done at her best ability and is super motivated to take on new
challenges. I have grown a very strong trust with this student and believe she is one of our
strongest teammates. I have always been impressed by her constant motivation to be the best
at what she does and has not let me down in any sort in my time knowing her. She works very
well in group settings, and I would recommend her as a strong team leader.

Nayza has had the challenge of juggling a very time-consuming team, working a part time job,
and still having the ability to succeed in her academic classes. I am impressed with this young
individual every day in different ways and only see success in her future. During my time of
teaching Nayza McDaniel, she has been efficient, professional, organized, and fantastic team
leader. She has the highest of recommendations I can give.
