Jesus and his disciples sat together and ate in

forward to this Passover Feast and he wanted
to eat his last meal with all of them.
Jesus took a loaf of bread, thanked the Lord
for it and gave it to his disciples and said "This
loaf of bread is my body." Jesus then picked
up a cup of grape juice and once again, he
thanked the Lord for the same. Offering them
the juice, he said "This cup is my blood".

- Tell them today's story.
God sent His Son, Jesus into the world. There were many who
loved and followed Jesus, but there were others who did not
like Him.
On the first Easter, Jesus died on the cross. Just before noon, it
got very, very dark! Like nightime! (show darkened cross)
The sun stopped shining! Then, Jesus cried out with a loud
voice, "Father, I give to you my spirit," and He rested.
The story of Jesus' death is very sad, but it is also very
important (emphasize importance and hope, not sadness).
Jesus didn't do anything wrong. He died on the cross for us.
When we do something wrong, we should ask Jesus to forgive
us, and He will.
Jesus rested peacefully on the Sabbath.
He did what He came to do!
