SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ___________, of legal age, Filipino, married to_________, a resident of Poblacion 2,

Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, ,
Filipino, single, of legal age and a resident of Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, to
be my lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following acts and things, to wit:

1. To facilitate, negotiate and execute a deed of instrument entitled,

_____________, involving my rights and interest over a portion of a
parcel of land, known as Lot No., covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title No. ______, containing an area of ________ (____) Square Meters,
more or less, situated in Poblacion 2, Dumaguete City, Philippines.

2. To make, sign, execute, verify and deliver documents and other

writings of whatever, nature or kind, with any and all third persons,
concerns and entities which may be consistent with the power herein
granted, and necessary in carrying into effect the foregoing authority;

3. To transact with the office of the Assessor’s Office, City Treasurer’s

Office, BIR-Dumaguete City and Registry of Deeds of Dumaguete City,
transactions pertaining to the following:
a. To request for the Tax Declaration of the said lot;
b. To get the Tax Identification Number (TIN);
c. Seeking computation of taxes due (Capital Gains Tax,
Documentary Stamp Tax) for the said lot;
d. Seeking tax clearance for the said lot;
e. Representing us in dealing with the BIR Office about other
matters concerning the above mentioned parcel of land and
receive the Electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration
(ECAR)
f. To register the said parcel of land to the Register of Deeds and
any other government agency whenever is required;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney-in-fact, full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite to or necessary under the premises,
hereby validating any such act as would be necessary to give full effect as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
