financial situation ( high networth , complicated estate
planning ) , cost effectiveness of having an agent at every step of
the process, their time , complicated needs , trustworthiness of
the robots

1- Write a one-page essay whereby you explain your personal
views on robot-advising in the world on insurance. Do you
feel at ease with a full online process, or do you prefer a
more traditional encounter with an agent to accompany you
all the way through?

After being in the insurance industry for more than 6 years ,

I do emphasize on the need of implementing robotized
assistance , whether it be in the customer support or post
sales service department in order to decrease the high costs
of having multiple employees to answer all potential calls
and claims.
The robot industry should be integrated in the insurance
world , especially for companies looking to maximize their
performance and minimize their expenses.
However , the agents , brokers and consultants will never be
replaced , because of the emotional , humanitarian side the
industry needs in times of sickness , death and atrocities .
Therefore I will always prefer a good relationship with a
powerful agent.
