SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS
As the senior technical lead, implemented all aspects of a High-Fidelity simula
tion prototype of advanced integrated airport security checkpoint for passenger
screening in support of Transportation Security Administration Integrated Checkp
oint program. Effort involved extensive use-case definition, software architectu
re and design through full scale checkpoint lab mockup installation and simulati
on execution.
Defined and prototyped architectural changes to client-server map display (Java
Swing) tool for polygon drawing tools, display filter criteria and parameter vi
ew/selection. Information architecture focused using early prototype reviews by
members of product and delivery teams.
Lead successful system analysis and requirements efforts with offshore developm
ent team (Ukrain) for data analysis tool. First early software deliveries receiv
ed on time and within budget constraints. Additional lead responsibilities for s
oftware development effort of three developers in Chennai India.
Lead a cross-functional technical team from system requirements through softwar
e delivery for drive test cell call data collection tool using Agile Scrum metho
dology. Defined specific format and data deliveries for Software Readiness Revie
w for organization-wide use. Hands-one development role and product management s
tatus and reporting responsibilities.
Hands-on team lead for database management tool (Java Swing-Server-Db architect
ure) design, implementation, test, and delivery. Extensive software functional t
esting methodology defined and accomplished prior to deliver to Quality Assuranc
e Department.
Built 17 member team and developed core methodology and customer deliverables r
esulting in approximately $5.5 million/year revenue rate for web-based B-B and
B-C systems.
Successfully lead functional and GUI re-design of financial analysis software s
uite for Wall Street Firm: direct end-user early usability testing, Human Factor
s analysis, and software prototyping.
Portfolio with samples of GUI design and project achievement s available
