1. There are a lot of legal aspects of psychology

- If something is messed up, things could go wrong in the legal system
- Could get you or clients into trouble
- Sometimes there are moral decisions that need to be made that have legal
consequences
2. Misdiagnosis
- Can be very harmful as something could be mistreated
- ADHD misdiagnosed frequently- people taking adderall or other prescription
drugs without the disorder
- The right help isn’t given regardless of resources
3. Children and medications
- Moral debate
- Potential to affect development
- Side effects
