JOB INTERVIEW

J: Hi welcome to the coca-cola company, MIGUEL, and ZARAI. My name is JASMIN. Today, you
are going to have an interview.

M. Hello Jasmin, nice to meet you.

Z. Hi Jasmin, hope you are ok.

J: Nice to meet you too. How are you doing today?

M: I’m doing well. What about you?

Z: Fine, thanks

J: Great, thanks. I hope we didn’t keep you waiting for long?

M: No, we have to chance to talk to one of your workers while waiting.

J: That's good. Miguel and Zarai, shall we are going to start. First of all, let me introduce
myself. I am the manager of our engineering department here and we have an open position,
so we have been interviewing applicants to fill the position as quickly as possible.

Z: Yes Miss, I read about the position on your website, and I think I am a good fit.

M: What are the essential skills required for the position?

J: In our company, we need workers who are responsible, punctual, proactive, and have a
degree in Marketing or Engineering.

Why do you want to work in this company?

Z: I want to have to work here because the schedules are flexible, and I can study and work at
the same time.

M: I applied for the position because of the good salary and flexible hours, and I believe that
the company is very competent and has a good reputation.

J: If we hire you in our company. Can you work in rotative schedules?

M: No, because I am studying in the afternoon but I can do my best to accommodate my study
schedules.

Z: Yes, because I need work experience and I have one question, the company gave us the
option of training abroad?

J: Of course, but to train abroad you have to know some extra languages.

M: So, Can I work abroad?

J: All it possible.

Z: Can I aspire to a better position?

J: Of course, yes, you can follow the career line. Do you have any questions for me?
z: No, I think I have a pretty good understanding of the requirements. I believe that I can
handle it with ease, and the fact that you provide all the training sounds excellent. I hope to
have the opportunity to work for you.

M: I think the same, I like the idea of being able to train and have a career line. I feel that it
would be a great opportunity to work with you, I hope to be qualified for the position.
