CPD is needed because as it says it is a lifelong learning, CPD ensures that as professionals we

had maintain and enhance our knowledge and skills and ensures that skills and knowledge is still
up to date, but CPD should not be a mandatory and even the fees for the seminars are being a
burden so the CPD act should be amended for better accessibility.
