this summer! The science of food! WHAT: Paid interns will be taught how to perform food microbiology testing or food chemistry analytical techniques and assist on specific research projects. The data generated by the students will be the basis of a scientific publication on which they will be a co-author.

ELIGIBILITY: Incoming high school seniors with a GPA of 3.0 or better. Competitive applications are due May 20, 2022.
