ORDER

Considering that the prosecution has already filed its formal offer
of evidence without the comment/objection from the defense, this
Court resolves to admit Exhibits A to F, with submarkings, subject to
the rules on creditability and relevancy.

In the meantime, set the initial presentation of defense evidence

on November 9, 2022, 8:30 in the morning.

Send subpoena to defense witnesses and the accused for them to

appear and testify on the above trial dates.

The Legal Researcher of this Court is directed to attach to the

record the transcript of stenographic notes of the proceedings and
testimonies of the witnesses within 30 days from receipt hereof.
