Dear Parents and Guardians,

Over the past few decades, technology has become an increasingly important tool for the

classroom. As our students research information to expand their learning, it’s important that we

learn to navigate information online as responsible digital citizens. Attached is a newsletter on

media literacy. Media literacy is crucial for ensuring the safety of our students online. When we

engage with the Internet as responsible digital citizens, we can evaluate and prevent the spread of

false and potentially harmful information. I encourage all of you to read this with your student

and complete any of the activities together. As always, I will be available to assist with any

questions or concerns you may have. Let us work together to ensure the safety of our students

and become positive online role models.

‫كمواطنين رقميين مسؤولين ‪ ،‬يمكننا تقييم ومنع انتشار المعلومات الخاطئة والتي من المحتمل أن تكون ضارة‪ .‬أشجعكم جميعًا‬
