Dear Doug McMillion,

I am reaching out to address some issues that were introduced while working for Walmart
Corporation. First, I would like to say that the quality of the work environment is horrendous and
managers do not enforce rules set in place. Secondly, I would like to address the inconsistent
work schedules as it has caused many of my co-workers to resign from their posts and is causing
a financial issue for many of us. Lastly, I would like to discuss the lack of benefits that are in
place for the associates of Walmart, as some of us work more than 30 to 40 hours a week and
still not getting the benefits we need.

Please address these issues as soon as possible as it has caused many to feel that Walmart
Corporation does not care for its employees.
