MALFEASANCE IS?

 Malfeasance is the intentional act of doing something wrong, either


legally or morally. ... A judge taking bribes from the prosecution is
another example of malfeasance. The judge knows that it is illegal to

 It refers to the doing of an act which o public officer should not have
done or by means of the performance of an act with ought not to be
done.

contract, but it more often occurs when the

realizing that it would be against the law to
hire a family member.
ROLE OF MALFEASANCE
