Some people believe that nowadays too much money is being spent on weddings and birthdays.

Why do you think it is happening? What can be done to improve the situation?

There are some views that ceremony’s expenditure such as birthday parties and weddings which people
spend is too high today. There are several reasons as well as a few solutions for this trend which will be
examined, followed by my own perspective.

To commence with, individuals would like to hold a big party for their life’s landmarks these days which
can be justified by some reasons. At first, by doing that they have a memorable time with their friend
and family and make a good impression on their lives. So, it can lead to strengthen their relationships
with their families and commemorate them. Furthermore, people prefer to spend huge money on these
events. Because they think, not only do events make them happy but also they will make them famous.
They are going to share their pictures of ceremonies on social media like Instagram and Facebook.

In addition, there can be found some solutions which can encourage people not to spend too much
money on these events. It can be proposed that individuals might spend money on charity organizations
more. Because it can be thoroughly enjoyable when poor families get help and their problems are
solved. Government should compel people to do such charitable works by legislating rules especially for
rich people. Although it takes time for individuals to get used to these kind of programs, holding
counseling sessions may rectify people’s behavior for this trend.

In conclusion, there are a few reasons for spending too much money on ceremonies such as happiness
and rememberance which can be solved by encouraging people to help poor families and legislating
rules.
